The hotel near by of NCTU (Evergreen Plaza Hotel) is available free of charge during the symposium for the participants from Japan, but the number of rooms is limited. If the application exceeds the number of rooms prepared, we will give priority to the presenters at the symposium, which will be announced as soon as possible. Application for the rooms is with the pre-registration form (No.3). If you want to use a hotel, you need to complete advance registration by Oct.15.
